Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation technique for deep relaxation, placing the body in a state between waking and sleeping by systematically relaxing the body and mind through breath awareness, body scans, and guided imagery, helping to release stress, improve sleep, and promote healing by activating the body’s natural restorative processes.
