Welcome to the practice of Sheila Neumann LMT. Our practice is a membership all sharing space together to create a wonderful healing therapeutic spa , retreat wellness environment. The focus is on deep restoration and nervous system regulation through advanced body work, mindful movement, and therapeutic education. I specialize in Ashiatsu spa massage-a barefoot technique that uses broad, flowing pressure to release muscle tension and invite profound relaxation-and Yomassage, a unique blend of therapeutic touch, restorative yoga postures, and guided meditation. Together, these offerings create a true high-desert Oasis for retreat, staycation, or vacation-an invitation to unwind, reset, and restore balance.
Alongside hands on-work, the Mer mobility room provides clients with tools for self-myofasical release (SMR) at home, using RAD mobility equipment made from medical grade silicone. Classes and workshops include Dr. Haig Basmadjian’s nerve flossing techniques (featured on Daily OM), RAD mobility practices, Nidra yoga, and Yomassage sessions. These offerings are designed to empower you with knowledge and practices you can continue outside the treatment room.
With over two decades of expericence-ranging from therapeutic deep tissue and injury recovery to spa massage and holistic bodywork-I have worked alongside chiropractors and fitness professionals, as well as running my own practices across the country. Now I am grateful to call Redmond, OR home and to share my passion for healing with this community.
My continuing education includes training at Lakeside School of Massage, in it’s time, one of the first Nationally accredited schools, East West College of Healing Arts, Oregon School of Massage, Michael Young’s Muscle Release Technique, Carole Osbourne (pregnancy massage), Deep feet Ashiatsu, SAMBA Ashiatsu, Saltability, REIKI, and Yomassage.
